2. Reach Out (October - November)

• Acquire Contact Information 2024 (Master List) from Trish and Taylor or a teacher (only teachers have access to this contact info)

• Use Template Emails to Contacting Potential Mentors

• Intro Letter for New Mentors (bring to a visit) 

• Process for Out of County Internships

3. Confirm Your Internship & Complete Paperwork (Nov - Dec)

• Send Thank You Email (Template)

  • Informs mentor handbook will be sent digitally 

• Request the Internship Handbook

  • Complete this form to start the paperwork process

  • Digital handbook will be send once you complete

• Send Site Visit Request (email template) to schedule your December site visit. 

• Review 2023-24 HTH Internship Program Handbook

4. Make the Most of Your Internship (January-February)

  • Complete if you would like the school to provide lunches while you are on internship

5. Keep a Blog (January-February)

6. Take Photos (January-February)

• Make sure your taking photos and documenting your experiences

7. Interview Your Mentor (January-February)

8. Give Your Internship Presentation of Learning (iPOL)
